We want to provide compassion and mindfulness training experiences that work for you. While the CCT and MSC programs are only available in the 8-week, face-to-face format, we have experience designing and delivering a range of workshops, online programs, and retreats that meet your needs.
Workshops are suitable for individuals or organisations wishing to gain an introduction to mindfulness- and compassion-based practices. Workshops are usually delivered as half- or full-day programs, with additional resources provided online.
Retreats are typically weekend or weeklong programs that involve deeper learning and practice of compassion and mindfulness skills. We can provide standalone retreats, or work with your existing retreat schedule.
For clients who wish to access training remotely, we can develop online programs and workshops.
