Join us for a 2 day introductory workshop designed to introduce health professionals to the science and practice of compassion for self and others. In this workshop you will engage in learning, discussion, and experiential exercises designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to the cultivation of mindfulness, compassion, and self-compassion. In addition to exploring the personal benefits of these capacities, you will gain a deeper understanding of the benefits of compassion training for health care professionals, such as supporting resilience and self-care, enhancing empathic communication with clients, and promoting a culture of kindness in the workplace.
