About the Mindful Self-Compassion Training Programme

The Mindful Self-Compassion training is an empirically supported, 8-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. It is based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.

In the MSC programme, you'll learn practical skills to help you respond to difficult moments in your life with kindness, care and understanding. With self-compassion we are able to meet our own needs, learn to be our own wise and kind teacher / friend, from this steady and nourished place we are better able to care for and connect with others.

Rapidly expanding research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, less anxiety, depression and stress, maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and satisfying personal relationships.

Who is it for?

This programme is open to anyone who wishes to cultivate compassion for themselves. No previous experience with meditation or other self-compassion training is required.
