We want to help as many people as possible access compassion and mindfulness resources. That's why we have created a Compassion Club.
Each month, we'll be giving away a book about compassion, mindfulness, or self-compassion to one Compassion Club member. You can also pay it forward and nominate a friend or stranger to receive the book instead if you win. Compassion Club members will also receive a monthly newsletter with compassion & mindfulness news and resources.
Our Compassion Club is free to join, and we will never distribute your personal details to a third party. All Compassion Club members are automatically entered into our Book Giveaway each month.
