WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

The programs we offer are open to anyone who is interested in developing self-compassion, compassion for others, and mindfulness. Occasionally, we run programs that are tailored for specific groups, such as healthcare workers, educators, or parents, but in general our programs are available for people from all walks of life.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TRAINING IS RIGHT FOR ME?

The program that is most suitable for you depends on your current goals and needs. We encourage you to read through the training descriptions and contact us if you have any questions. We will work with you to make the choice that is right for your priorities, experience and schedule.

IS MEDITATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

Previous experience with meditation is not required. All the courses we offer can accommodate any level of meditation experience - from absolute beginners to those with an advanced level of practice. In our 8-week programs, you are encouraged to set up a regular meditation practice - with our help!

IS IT OK IF I MISS A CLASS?

For our 8-week programs, you are encouraged to sign up at a time when you know you'll be able to make all classes. However, if you are interested in registering and know that you may miss a class ahead of time, please contact us and we will work to find suitable solutions.
