The Process

Our goal is to make your retreat experience as seamless as possible! The registration process is designed to ensure a safe, fulfilling experience for everyone and help us prepare for your unique needs. Each step is simple, purposeful, and aimed at helping us create a supportive environment for everyone. We’re here to help at any stage! Here’s how it works:

1. Preliminary Registration & Deposit. Begin by filling out the application form, confirming our terms, and submitting a deposit. This confirms your interest and secures a preliminary spot.

2. Personal Interview. Next, we’ll schedule a quick call to understand your goals and discuss how the retreat aligns with what you’re looking for.

3. Registration Confirmation. Following the interview, you’ll receive a notification about your acceptance and be invited to complete your registration. Your deposit contributes to your total fees.

4. Full Registration. This final step includes confirming your package, outlining your goals, signing our waiver, confirming insurance, and reviewing our code of conduct. Once completed, your spot is officially reserved.

5. Welcome Information. We’ll send you all the information you need to prepare for the retreat, from daily schedules to helpful packing tips.

6. Travel Details. Share your arrival and departure plans with us, so we can make sure everything is set for your arrival at our retreat venue in Ubud!

*Note, if we believe the retreat is not suitable for you at this time, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
