Our trainings

The trainings we offer use meditation practices, education, and interactive exercises to help cultivate qualities of mindfulness and compassion for self and others.

We offer two standardized face-to-face trainings - Compassion Cultivation Training™, developed at Stanford University and Mindful Self-Compassion, developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer and taught at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. These programs are offered as 8-week, face-to-face programs, and involve weekly classes.

We also offer individual or group training programs based on your needs. These trainings can be delivered as a workshop, retreat, or as an online program. If you are interested in discussing the options available to you or your organization, please contact us.
