Nurturing Self-Compassion

On this retreat, we will come together in supportive group setting to explore and deepen self-compassion through learning, practice, and connection. The format of the retreat has been lovingly curated to provide opportunity for deep learning alongside space for integration, self-reflection, and meaningful interaction. During your retreat, you will:

  • Understand how self-compassion is experienced in the mind, heart, and body

  • Reflect on and shift uncompassionate thoughts toward a more compassionate mindset.

  • Learn practical strategies for integrating self-compassion into your everyday routines

  • Explore somatic pathways to increased self-compassion and wellbeing, including yin yoga and breathwork.
