Program

Move & Meditate

Each day will begin with an optional morning meditation and mindful movement practice in the yoga shala. Your practice will be accompanied by the sounds of the rainforest waking up, the smell of incense from morning offerings, and the gentle warmth of sunshine through the trees. Morning practice will be followed by breakfast which can be taken in your villa or by the pool.

LEARN & CONNECT

After breakfast, we will spend the hours from 9.30 to 12.30 in group workshops designed to support your self-compassion and healing journey. Workshops will culminate in a shared lunch at the estate.

REST & REstore

Time after lunch is yours to spend as you wish, resting, reading, journaling, enjoying the spa or exploring the local villages. Each guest will have a private breathwork session and individual massage included as part of their retreat package; these will also take place in the afternoons.

In the early evening, we will reconvene for a group meditation session, followed by dinner at the estate.
